New 'Play With Props' classes at the Studio on Wednesday 26th October at 5.30-7.00pm and 7.30-9.00pm.
In these classes we will explore some familiar poses and some of the more challenging ones with the help of blocks, bricks, bolsters, straps and chairs to notice how they feel different when practised this way. The props will support you, stabilise you and allow you to get good alignment in the poses and will help you get into, and stay longer in, poses that might ordinarily be too effortful. This small-group class will be lighthearted and fun yet, I hope, will offer you a satisfyingly strong and deep practice.
If these classes are well-received I hope to repeat them every 4-6 weeks.
