Welcome to Flourish.  According to the Oxford dictionary the word flourish means "to grow or develop in a healthy or vigorous way, especially as the result of a particularly congenial environment" but it can also mean to embellish or add an extra detail.  Here on this page I aim to do both, offering inspiration to live your life with meaning and intention, hints and tips to enhance your yoga practice, insights and explanations of the philosophy of yoga and a sprinkling of Mother Nature's magic too.  Divided into four categories - Body, Mind, Spirit and Magic - I hope you find something to help you flourish and blossom.
