Catch Up Class Week 3 - Wednesday Evening Slow Flow

Duration: 1hr 14 minutes

Emphasis:  This week we explore the Fire element, known in Sanskrit as 'agni'. Expect to work hard, using your strength, determination and focus. You'll get warm too as we fan the inner flames with repetitive movements that use the abdominals and at the end of the class I hope you'll feel empowered and alive.

Props needed: A blanket and a yoga belt.

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
