Catch Up Class Week 4 - Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1hr 14 minutes

Emphasis: After some seated hip and thigh stretches to warm-up, you'll do a traditional Sun Salutation which, unlike the usual Surya Namaskar A, includes Crescent Moon Pose (Anjaneyasana) as you step forward and back. This is also used as the basis for the two flows, the first one including kneeling poses such as Half-Side Arm Balance (Ardha Vasistasana) and the second moving to standing for a variation of Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana). The seated poses include Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) and Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana). (

Props required: Just a blanket to kneel on if required.

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
