Catch Up Class Week 3 - Monday Night Stretch & Relax

Duration: 1 hr 15 minutes

Emphasis:  We begin with a gentle breathing practice to relax the nervous system and quieten the mind. The sequences are mostly seated poses that focus on the hips, followed by a repetitive sequence for the shoulders, arms and sides of the body. We finish with some supine poses to stretch the legs.

Props needed: A blanket and 2 blocks.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
