Catch Up Class Week 3 - Slow Flow Class
Duration: 1 hr 16 minutes
Emphasis: The focus of this class is to stretch the legs. There are also some twists and some squats. After the usual appropriate warm-up the Sun Salutation sequences include Garland Pose (Malasana), Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Revolved Chair Pose (Parivrtta Utkatasana), Revolved Standing Forward Fold variation (Parivrtta Uttanasana). The seated poses are all variations of Wide Angle Seated Forward Bend (Upavista Konasana).
Props required: Two blocks and a blanket.
Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
