Catch Up Class Week 4 - Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1hr 17 minutes

Emphasis: In this class we take a top-to-toe journey through the body. We start lying down with Viloma Breathing (Three Part Breath) and then warm up the neck, shoulders and spine. Some abdominal strengthening comes next and then Sun Salutation A with additional lunges. Back to the floor to carry on the journey through the body - hips, legs and feet. We finish with some whole body stretches followed by Savasana. 

Props needed: A blanket.

Mat direction: Possibly long side facing the screen is best although you might prefer to change it for the Sun Salutations as I'm not mirroring you.
