Catch Up Class Week 1 - Iyengar-Style Practice

Duration: 1hr 13 minutes

Emphasis:  This Iyengar-style class features standing poses which we hold for a little longer than usual and some preparation for Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) which we'll be working towards and exploring variations of, this half-term. There's a little bit of strength-building, some seated poses and then finally some supine leg and hip stretches.

Props needed: A blanket, a block and a belt.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
