Catch Up Class Week 2 - Wednesday Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1 hr 15 minutes

Emphasis:  In this flow class we practise some balancing poses such as Tree Pose (Vrksasana), Warrior 3 Pose (Virabhadrasana III) and preparations for Extended Hand To Big Toe Pose (Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana). Our preparation for this pose continues in a seated variation and then a supine one.

Props needed: A blanket, 2 blocks and a strap.

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
