Catch Up Class Week 3 - Slow Flow Class
Duration: 1 hour 18 minutes
Emphasis: Our class this week starts with Alternate Nostril Breathing (Nadi Sodhana). A seated warm-up prepares your hips for some of the poses later in the class and then you'll take some rounds of Sun Salutation A, plus Sun Salutation B, the final one of which features some extra poses at the end. The seated poses include Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana), some 'Rock The Baby' (Hindolasana) and then Firelog Pose (Agni Stambhasana).
Props needed: Blocks and/or bricks plus a blanket.
Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
