Catch Up Class Week 2 - Wednesday Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1 hr 18 minutes

Emphasis:  This class focuses on Svadhisthana, the second chakra, which is associated with creativity, emotions, sexuality and relationships. As this chakra is located in the low abdomen and sacral area, expect lots of hip opening poses, both standing and sitting.

Props needed: A blanket, some blocks, bricks and a yoga belt.

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
