Catch Up Class Week 2 - Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1hr 3 minutes

Emphasis: In this class there's a toe-to-top warm-up on hands and knees followed by a standing sequence that includes Goddess Pose (Utkata Konasana), Side Angle Pose (Utthita Parsvakonasana), Reverse Warrior (Viparita Virabhadrasana) and Warrior 2 (Virabhadrasana II). The supine sequence includes Sphynx and Half-Frog Pose (Ardha Mandukasana) to Reclined Spinal Twist (Supta Matsyendrasana) and then we move to sitting for Wide Angle Seated Forward Fold (Upavista Konasana) before relaxing in Savasana.

Props needed: A blanket/block or cushion to sit on.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.

Please note: The recording of the 7.30pm class failed so I'm using the recording of the 6pm online fundraising class that I do for my dog rescue ladies instead. It's slightly shorter than our usual class and a little more gentle and slower paced.  Apologies too for the slight interruption early on in class and the fact that I forgot to do one of the warm-up poses on the left side!  It was one of those days ;-)
