Catch Up Class Week 1 - Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1hr 14 minutes

Emphasis: Welcome to our new but very short half-term of classes. In this first one we'll travel top-to-toe through the body and utilise the yoga belt to help get a better range of movement and a bit of resistance for strengthening the muscles too. Expect a slow Sun Salutation then just one round that includes some extra standing poses that use the belt. Coming down to the floor you'll use the belt again, stretching and strengthening in supine and seated poses.

Props needed: A blanket and a yoga belt - a block to sit on for meditation if you find it helpful.

Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen for the first part then, once we come to the floor you might prefer to switch the orientation to long side facing the screen.
