Catch Up Class Week 3 - Monday Night Stretch & Relax

Duration: 1hr 17 minutes

Emphasis:  Enjoy a relaxing and peaceful Yin Yoga class. You'll move slowly through backbends, forward bends and twists to deeply stretch the tissues of the body, improve range of movement in the synovial joints and release the tensions of the day from your body and mind.

Props needed: Blocks, bricks, a yoga belt, a blanket and a bolster. If you don't have a bolster I show you how to make one out of a blanket and two pillows.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
