Catch Up Class Week 4 - Monday Night Stretch & Relax Class

Duration: 1hr 11 minutes

Emphasis:  This class took place on the evening of the full Blood Flower Moon so I thought it might be appropriate to do the Moon Salutation, Chandra Namaskar. After a breathing practice you'll do 3 rounds of this slow flow, each round interspersed with a different variation of Wide-Leg Standing Forward Bend (Prasarita Padottonasana). You'll finish with some seated poses, including Stargazer Pose, some supine twists and a lovely relaxing Savasana.

Props needed: A blanket and 2 bricks.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
