Short Core Strengthening Flow

Duration: 27 minutes

Emphasis:  In each round of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) we come down to the ground via Candle Pose (Prapidasana) for some poses that will strengthen your core.

Props needed: 2 blocks or a thick book and a blanket.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen to make it easier to see when you are lying down.
