Catch Up Class Week 6 (1) - Monday Night Stretch & Relax Class

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Emphasis:  After warming up the shoulders and back and massaging the feet with a tennis ball, the first sequence includes a variety of poses that stretch the front of the body and then the hips. The second and third sequences follow the same pattern but include some options to make the poses a little more challenging if you want to.

Props Required: A tennis ball, a blanket and a strap.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
