Enjoy the slow, quiet practice of Yin Yoga in the warm and inviting surroundings of my small garden Studio. Yin Yoga is the perfect complement to our busy and often stressful lives (especially at this time of year) inviting us to slow down, breathe deeply and focus on the present moment rather than being caught up in a constant stream of thoughts. In this 90 minute class we'll do a sequence of floor-based poses which we'll hold for a little longer than in other types of yoga. This will deeply stretch the tissues of the body and bring freedom of movement to the joints. A long relaxation with optional short head massage will complete the class and you'll leave feeling relaxed and rested.
