Live Classes Via Zoom

Timetable - the new half-term of classes begins week commencing 19th September 2022:

Mondays 7.30-8.45pm - Stretch and Relax Class - a slow, gentle and relaxing class with a focus on stretching tight muscles, breathing well and quietening the busy mind.

Wednesdays 6.00-7.15pm - Slow Flow Class - based around slow, steady Sun Salutations with familiar poses added in to the sequences.
