Live Classes Via Zoom

IN-PERSON CLASSES ARE STILL CURRENTLY ON HOLD BUT THERE ARE TWO WAYS YOU CAN ENJOY GUIDED YOGA CLASSES WITH ME IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME:

You could join Thrive Yoga Online now HERE or by clicking the 'Join Now' tab at the top of the page. The monthly subscription will give you access to over 200 videos of all different types and lengths so you can find classes to suit you best and practice whenever it suits you.

If you prefer the structure of committing to a class at a set time I have a timetable of classes that I'm offering via the live-streaming platform Zoom.  It's good value for money - a £50 'term fee' gives you access to any or all of the sessions on the 6 week timetable below - and it requires no setting up or technical knowledge at all.  Please send an email to hi@thriveyoga.co.uk and I'll get you started.

 

Timetable for Monday 10th January up to and including Wednesday 16th February 2022:

Mondays 7.30-8.45pm - Stretch and Relax Class - a slow, gentle and relaxing class with a focus on stretching tight muscles, breathing well and quietening the busy mind.

Tuesdays 12.15-1.30pm - General Yoga Class - an Iyengar-style class where we'll hold each pose for a bit longer and with options to make the poses more or less challenging as you require, plus we'll also do some functional movement exercises for strength and mobility.

Wednesdays 6.00-7.15pm - Slow Flow Class - based around slow, steady Sun Salutations with familiar poses added in to the sequences.

Wednesdays 7.30-8.45pm - Dynamic Flow Class - expect multiple Sun Salutations with some of the more challenging poses included to help you progress your practice.
