Catch Up Class Week 6 - Wednesday Evening Slow Flow

Duration: 1 hr 16 minutes

Emphasis: After warming up the legs with some supine stretches, you'll come up to standing and practice some push-ups against the wall, helping you to get in good alignment for this push-up movement which is repeated throughout the class. Sun Salutation-based sequences will take you through various lunges and some stretches using the wall. After this we come down to the floor and use the wall again for some more relaxing poses.

Props needed: A yoga belt and a blanket.


Mat direction: Short edge of the mat against the wall.
