Catch Up Class Week 6 - Monday Night Restorative Class

Duration: 1 hr 5 minutes

Emphasis:  In this class you'll rest and relax using blankets, blocks and bolster (I'll show you how to make one from two pillows and a blanket if you don't have one). We move from gentle twists, to backbends, to forward bends all with support so there's no effort. The nervous system gets to deeply relax too - this class is beneficial for body, mind and spirit.

Props needed: Blocks, blanket and a bolster.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.

Note: Whoops! I forgot to press 'record' at the beginning of this live class - so I had to re-record the first bit separately afterwards. I didn't re-record the breathing practice or the gentle warm-up so that's why it's a few minutes shorter than usual.
