Catch Up Class Week 1 - Monday Night Stretch & Relax

Duration: 1 hr 15 minutes

Emphasis:  Enjoy a gentle top-to-toe stretch to get your joints working and give your muscles a good stretch after the Christmas break. We start with some seated movements, then move to some kneeling lunges and then come down to the floor for some supine ones. Slow and steady this class will hopefully be just the ticket to get you back in your yoga groove.

Props needed: A blanket for under your knees and for Savasana, and you might need a block too.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
