Catch Up Class Week 4 - Monday Night Stretch & Relax Class

Duration: 1 hour 11 minutes

Emphasis:  Enjoy a slow, quiet Yin Yoga class that will stretch the tissues of the body, gently lubricate the joints and relax you after a busy day.

Props needed: A bolster (or 2 pillows rolled in a blanket), blocks and a blanket.

Mat direction: Long edge of the mat facing the screen.
