Catch Up Class Week 3 - Wednesday Evening Slow Flow Class

Duration: 1 hr 14 minutes

Emphasis: Starting with some seated warming up followed by Sun Salutations, we then progress to sequences that include lots of twists - firstly in kneeling lunge then in standing. The next sequence takes us onto our forearms for Sunbird Pose, Dolphin Pose and Forearm Plank, followed by some seated poses. We finish with Supported Shoulderstand and Happy Baby before relaxing in Savasana.

Props needed: Two blocks, a blanket and a yoga belt or tie from a bathrobe might be needed.


Mat direction: Short edge of the mat facing the screen.
